ANDREA BENVENUTI TAKES THE POLE POSITION ONE MORE TIME

Sankt Wendel 17 August – Andrea Benvenuti (KTM Mtr Racing) is turning into the cannibal of the European Championship. The Italian rider left very little to his rivals at the city circuit of Sankt Wendel. Second place went to Belgian rider Valentin Durand (Honda) and third position to Nathan Terraneo (KTM).

Second qualified, just a few tenths of a second away, was Belgian Valentin Durand (Honda) – the only rider on a Honda 150 4 strokes – while third place went to Nathan Terraneo (KTM).

SM Junior Time Practice

Andrea Benvenuti (KTM Mtr Racing) proved to be the fastest rider of the category, in fact the Italian rider had no problem at all with being the fastest from the first lap and his performance improved lap after lap. Andrea saddled his main rival with more than seven tenths of a second; Valentin Durand (Honda), who is enrolled in the French Championship and in the past gave a hard time to Benvenuti, had to bow down to the red plate holder. Third place went to Nathan Terraneo (KTM), who was solid and determined. After stepping on the podium at the GP of Poland, Daniele Cornolti (GasGas) did not find the right feeling with the city circuit and had to feel happy with the seventh best time.
