BOOKING METHOD
In order to book the trip, each team must send a boarding request to the port of departure (hereinafter contacts), at least 5 days in advance, indicating in the subject the words “BOOKING SUPERMOTOWORLD2024 CONVENTION”. This last step is fundamental and will ensure that the various ports of departure apply the agreed freight rates.
The e-mail must indicate the total length of the vehicle, the license plates, the goods transported, the name of the driver and the details of the company to which the boarding slip and invoice are registered.
Any other passengers present must have a passenger ticket made with the agreed agreement.
