Mettet (Belgium) 8 October 2023 – At the end of a suspenseful super final Marc Reiner Schmidt (L30 Racing Tm Factory) was crowned 2023 World Champion. The rider was the author of a careful and flawless race and won qualifying in front of Lukas Hollbacher (MTR Ktm Racing). Third place went to Elia Sammartin (L30 Racing Tm Factory). Steve Bonnal (TC4R1 Racing Team) is the Rookie Champion.

Lukas Hollbacher was the fastest at the start and after the first corner was riding at the front, but Andreas Buschberger was fast enough to take the lead at the second corner. The race leader made a mistake and crashed giving the green light to Hollbacher and Schmidt; behind the duo, Elia Sammartin was phenomenal to work his way up lap after lap till third place. The Italian rider overtook teammate Schmidt and chased Hollbacher eventually taking the lead in the fifth lap. Sammartin stood his ground till the last lap when was overtaken by Hollbacher in the new section of the track. Schmidt had completed the joker lane a few laps before and took advantage from the fact that the duo completed it in the last lap. Marc Reiner Schmidt won both the race and World Championship for the third consecutive time. At the end of the day the German rider was joined on the podium by Lukas Hollbacher, second, and Steve Bonnal, third.
In the Rookie Steve Bonnal was the author of a good race and came home with the victory also thanks to the mistakes made by Buschberger and won the Championship reserved to young riders.
